Requirements for the position:
- Experience in IT sector is preferable but not obligatory;
- 6 months+ experience in related field;
- Excellent level of written and spoken English;
- Ability to have great conversations over the phone and build rapport;
- Accurateness, stress resistance, communication skills.
Functionalities:
- Lead generation: attracting potential customers by suggesting information about services;
- Developing strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications;
- Identify partnership opportunities;
- Coordinating calls, meetings, and communications between sales managers and customers;
- Working with CRM: searching contacts, creating and developing a database;
- Assisting in developing sales and marketing initiatives.
